This image shows the King's Chambers in the outer bailey, originally built in the 13th century to provide luxurious accommodation for King John during his visits, and later named Mosdale Hall after the governor who upgraded it. It was used as the
Level 3 clue room in
Series 6.

The paved floor was also added to a Level 2 courtyard from
Fountains Abbey...

...and the church presbytery from
Rievaulx Abbey...

Hall of Choice at the beginning of each quest.
